GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND STAY


1. Purpose and scope. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Stay (GTCS) define the rights and obligations between the establishment and the client in the context of the booking and occupancy of guest rooms.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via the online booking platform or directly with the establishment. All bookings imply full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Booking. The client selects the services offered on the booking platform and acknowledges having read and understood their nature, characteristics, and these terms and conditions. The booking becomes effective after validation of the booking process and, where applicable, payment of the required deposit.

3. Booking process and confirmation.The reservation is made via an online form. The customer agrees to provide accurate information.
A summary acknowledgement of receipt is sent by email.
The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.

4. Stay. A stay implies acceptance of the house rules posted in the establishment. The stay contract is concluded for a fixed period. The client may not, under any circumstances, claim a right to remain on the premises after the end of the stay.

5. Prices. Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist tax where applicable, payable on site.
The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking. Any legally mandated changes to taxes or VAT will be reflected in the final price.

6. Payment. A deposit may be required upon booking. The balance is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.
Online payments are secured via the booking platform's payment providers.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the amount stipulated in the tariff conditions will remain due to the establishment.

7. Cancellation and modification. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have a right of withdrawal.
The cancellation conditions are those specified at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits paid are non-refundable, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.

8. Arrival and Departure. The guest must arrive on the agreed date and time. In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the establishment. Departure is at the scheduled time. The room must be returned in a clean condition similar to that noted upon arrival.

9. Security deposit. A security deposit may be required for stays longer than one night. It will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days after departure, less any duly justified repair costs.

10. Use of the premises. The client agrees to use the premises peacefully, to respect the house rules and the maximum occupancy. Subletting or transferring the reservation to a third party is prohibited. Any damage observed may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

11. Animals. The presence of animals is subject to the prior agreement of the establishment. Authorized animals must be kept under supervision and must not cause any disturbance.

12. Liability and insurance. The client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions. It is recommended that they have liability insurance covering the duration of their stay. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of force majeure, actions of the client or of a third party.

13. Personal Data. The personal data collected is necessary for managing reservations and is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. It may be transmitted to technical and payment service providers for the performance of the contract.

14. Complaints. Any complaint relating to the stay must be submitted in writing within 14 days of departure.

15. Force majeure . Force majeure suspends the contractual obligations of the parties without compensation.

16. Applicable Law and Disputes. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the place where the establishment is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
